What can I use the free store models for?
FREE models from inside your library and FREE models from the 3DKUMO store fall under the CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/ . We kindly ask that your respectfully adhere to the Creative Commons license. Thank you and enjoy! Please be sure to send anything cool you make from our models to info@3dkumo.com
What browsers are supported?
We currently recommend: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. 3DKUMO in the browser runs on WEBGL, so we rely on the browser developers to make their product compatible with WEBGL, this is improving all the time.
How many files scan I store for free?
Currently, we only support up to 500mb free storage.
What file format does 3DKUMO support?
We currently only support .STL file format.
How do I upload a file?
.STL files can be Uploaded both from the 2D library and 3D editor, just click the Upload button and the footer of the browser. Then select the your file from your local storage (your computer) and follow the instructions.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
We recommend you limit the size to 15mb to ensure the best performance. WebGL is in its infancy and we hope to increase file size as the technology improves.
Do I need a computer with a graphics card?
We recommend you use a computer with a good graphics card. Typically all modern computers have one, so you should be fine.
How many accounts can I have?
As many as you like! Just make sure you have a different email address for each account.
Can I change/retrieve my password?

Is 3DKUMO available in other languages?
3DKUMO is currently only available in English. We hope to add other languages in the future.
